The scope of work includes renovation and construction, such as:

Repair and painting of walls, doors, and windows
Partitioning rooms with glass
Ceiling work
Bathroom renovation
Tiling work
Construction of new toilets
Installation of electrical switches, junction boxes, and LED lights. Companies or contractors can request site visits to assess and evaluate the locations to be renovated and constructed before submitting their bids.

Company eligibility criteria for bidding:

Must be a construction company, engineering company, or contractor.
Must have relevant experience in renovating and constructing offices and buildings.
Must have qualified technicians, work supervisors, and skilled workers.
Must visit the site to be renovated in person before submitting a bid.
Must be able to complete the work within a maximum of 2 months after signing the contract or according to the defined schedule.
