About the role

p>To execute the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of cybersecurity tools and controls ensuring that security systems function effectively, incidents are properly handled, and security policies are enforced to protect the bank’s assets and business operations.
To support the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of cybersecurity tools and controls while ensuring that security systems function effectively, incidents are properly handled, and security policies are enforced to protect the bank’s assets and business operations.<ul><li>Operate and monitor cybersecurity tools such as PAM, OTP, NAC, EDR, Brand Protection, FIM, Media Eraser, MDM, and related platforms.</li><li>Monitor alerts, perform initial analysis and escalate incidents when required.</li><li>Conduct daily health checks to ensure tools are functioning properly.</li><li>Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support to users.</li><li>Coordinate with related stakeholders and Vendor teams to resolve issues.</li><li>Support user provisioning and de-provisioning in security systems.</li><li>Assist in privileged access review and monitoring activities.</li><li>Ensure security configurations and operation comply with internal procedure, policies and standards.</li><li>Assist in system upgrades, patch validation, and configuration updates.</li><li>Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Support testing and implementation activities for new security tools or features.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, or related field.</li><li>Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems from a security perspective.</li><li>Understanding of common cybersecurity threats, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques.</li><li>Understanding of endpoint security, antivirus and access control concept.</li><li>Familiarity PAM or other security control tool.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures accurately.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency required for reading technical documentation, writing reports, and professional communication.</li><li>Willingness to collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.</li></ul>.
