About the role
- Drive account opening, payroll service, and CASA by engaging customers, ensuring target achievement, preparing sales reports, addressing challenges like KYC and communication issues, while initiating value-added initiatives, and working closely with other sales departments to enhance payroll product sales.
- Work closely with Sales Inbound, Sales Outbound for closing payroll projects, progress pipeline under each branch.
- Actively approach factory owners and customers in the field to ensure deals are closed in a short period of time and effectively.
- Initiate plans and actions for “Reactivate payroll disbursement” for factories without disbursement.
- Collaborate with MB team and/or other branches to speed up customer onboarding until disbursement is active.
- Actively support any promotional offers to factory customers to ensure they are widely delivered with pleasant outcomes.
- Prepare daily prospects and appointments for account opening, payroll, and CASA services by directly contacting new customers, conducting presentations, following up, negotiating, and updating management on deal progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through in-person interaction and other communication channels.
- Ensure weekly and monthly targets and assigned tasks are consistently monitored and on track for completion.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Line Manager.
- Initiate value-added propositions for inactive payroll, aligning with planned marketing activities and the bank’s products offering while cross-selling additional products such as IBB, Salary Loan, TT, etc. Address company problems or challenges including KYC, communication, complaints, reports, and document changes.
- Collect feedback from customers to recommend solutions and implement effective solutions.
- Foster relationships and collaborate with other sales departments at HO and branches to increase the sale of payroll products.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Management, and/or related field.
- Minimum two years of working experience in banking, banking service operations, and/or related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of bank guidelines, and loan operation processes.
- Demonstrated supervisory and management ability and ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand banking operations including policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
- Ability to use Microsoft 365.
- Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
