Leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions within the banking and financial services environment.
Overseeing a team of DevOps engineers and collaborating with the development team, IT Security team, and IT Project management team to ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions that support digital banking initiatives and operational efficiency.
Lead the adoption and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployment frames.
Manage infrastructure performance, security, and reliability across environments (SIT, UAT, and Production).
Implement containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Oversee source code management, build systems, and environment provisioning.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and continuity across all critical banking systems.
Develop and maintain DevOps Architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and integration blueprints.
Evaluate and recommend cloud, on-premises, or hybrid architecture solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud).
Ensure architecture aligns with regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and local banking compliance frames.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technology designs.
Supervise and mentor DevOps engineers.
Coordinate, collaborate, and continuously improve across development, operations, and other teams to align with organizational goals, infrastructure, and deployment strategies.
Assist in conducting performance reviews, set technical goals, and identify skill development opportunities for team members.
Enforce security standards and compliance policies across all DevOps and architectural flows.
Ensure proper implementation of identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and data protection mechanisms.
Support audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments in collaboration with the IT Security team.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
