About the role

Plan and manage HR operations, policies, and procedures in line with company goals.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and force planning to support needs.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training, development, and succession planning for key roles.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
Maintain HR records, reports, and confidential employee data accurately.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
Poven experience in HR management, preferably in trading, distribution, or import/export.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Good understanding of Cambodian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interal skills.
Ability to in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
