ABOUT THE ROLE Recruitment Intern will work closely with our consultants to support end-to-end talent acquisition while gaining hands-on experience in advanced sourcing, candidate engagement, and tech-enabled recruitment within the Cambodian market. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing, and closing top talent while maintaining excellent relationships with both candidates and Assist with sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Schedule and conduct preliminary phone interviews with potential candidates. Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling appointments and preparing interview materials for hiring managers. Assist with onboarding new hires by collecting necessary paperwork and preparing them for their first day. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment activities and candidate pools. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and answering phones. Participate in professional development opportunities as assigned.

Currently pursuing a university degree or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Khmer. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and LinkedIn). High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive, curious mindset with a strong eagerness to learn the recruitment industry.
