• Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the agri and manufacturing sectors.
• Oversee the sales team, build and maintain customer relationships, and manage marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer demands.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets.
• Plan and execute campaigns to promote products and services.
• Develop new products that meet market needs.
• Enhance the company’s reputation and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Manage and support the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Resolve customer complaints and raise issues to sales management when necessary.
• Optimize sales systems, processes, and tools.
• Monitor sales performance, recommend improvements, identify trends, and generate reports for management review.

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Administration, or related field. Sales and marketing management for 3 to 5 years as a minimum. Experience in agri and manufacturing industries is a plus. Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for marketing management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook. Willing to travel to customers sites. English
