About the role

Monitor and provide maintenance to computer systems, hardware, and networks at the branch, including installation and configuration of computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults, and solving technical and application problems.
Also includes checking and reconnecting ATM booth power and connectivity, monitoring, and maintenance.
Prepare and maintain IT operations, applications, and IT planning to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain corporate IT infrastructure in the branch, including VPN connectivity, Router, Switch, and LAN maintenance, virus protection, and phone systems.
Perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and equipment as requested by users in a timely manner.
Ensure software is installed for users following the standard software list with proper permissions.
Provide email configuration and installation of technical equipment, including PCs, printers, scanners, TV advertising, and queue machines.
Provide troubleshooting, problem resolution, and technical assistance and support.
Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
Provide technical support and service as assigned and requested by the line manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, networking, or any relevant field.
Minimum one year of ing experiences in IT operation, maintenance, and database.
Knowledge of Windows operation, CISCO, VB 6.0 or VB.NET, MS Access, MS SQL Server, and Phone System.
Basic understanding of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, and risk management.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Good team, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
