About the role

Invitation to Tender RFQ-7000014949: Support and Maintenance for IDPoor and Public IDPoor Mobile App.
This is a public invitation to tender for a contract for services/works related to the support and maintenance of the IDPoor and Public IDPoor Mobile App.

Requirements

Submission Requirements: Technical and financial bids must be submitted by 15.07.2026 at 23:59 in English only.
Tenders must comply with the enclosed terms and conditions for application.
By submitting a tender, the applicant accepts GIZ’s General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Tenders remain binding until the expiry of the deadline.
Questions regarding the tender must be sent no later than 07.07.2026 to the specified email address.
All clarifications will be communicated simultaneously in writing to all interested parties.
Commercial, technical, and procedural questions should be addressed at an early stage, no later than the deadline for tenders’ questions.
Email subject line for questions: “7000014949 Questions- (your company initials)”.
Candidates/tenderers must not enter into contact with people involved in the procedure, apart from GIZ Contract Management, during ongoing tender procedures.
Responses will be communicated simultaneously in writing to all companies who have submitted via E-mail.
GIZ reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of initial tenders without entering into negotiations.
