Lead and execute a team of technology-related audits, perform complex internal audits across all information systems, ensuring compliance and governance standards in line with the annual audit plan.
Review specific areas and assess the adequacy and appropriateness of the risk controls in place.
Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system of the bank, specifically for IT, Card System, Digital, Information Security, and Cybersecurity as assigned.
Develop internal audit procedures and techniques to analyze the effectiveness of the internal control system to maintain audit efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate IT, Card System, Digital, Information Security, and Cybersecurity to ensure proper implementation of policies, procedures, regulations, and law requirements.
Ensure risk identification operationally is performed effectively, reducing the scope of review without reducing the provision of assurance.
Maintain good and professional communication and engagement with units of the Bank.
Ensure line management buy-in to audit findings and proactively manage any disconnect in opinions.
Deliver appropriate assurance through quality audit reports supported by appropriate audit evidence.
Keep relevant management informed of the progress of audit assignments, areas of concern, and open and overdue recommendations or issues.
Validate management action plans and follow up on issue remediation.
Handle tasks assigned by Line Manager.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree of IT, Computer Science or other related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Security, IT Risk Management, IT Assurance, management information system or related fields (preferred); Professional certification (preferred / in progress) CISA, CRISC, ISO27001 Lead Auditor.
Knowledge of IT governance and management processes and practices compliance with IT standards like NIST, PCI DSS, Cobit2019 and ISO27001.
Significant demonstrated experience in managing audit or risk project teams; Experience in working with and influencing senior managers.
Excellent follow-up, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Good reading and writing skills with ability to prepare professional and logical report writeups; Ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously; Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
