Transport Intern

Location: Phnom Penh

TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is an affiliate of TotalEnergies, a broad energy company that produces and markets energies on a global scale: oil and biofuels, natural gas and green gases, renewables and electricity.

• Support dispatcher for optimization of truck utilization
• Review the signed delivery notes of completed deliveries.
• Monitor the Trucks with the GPS System (Delays/Route Deviation from Journey Plan/ Unplanned Stops/etc.)
• Support in the Deviation Analysis (Incidents, Complaints, Product Losses, etc.)
• Coordinate checking invoice from transporters
• Coordinate transport meeting
• Other tasks assigned by Transport Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economic, Business Admin or others related field are encouraged to apply
• Skill: Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge: MS Office, Internet and Email proficiency
• Language: Good proficiency of English for both writing and speaking.
