About the role

Plan and execute Digital Marketing strategies for real estate projects and brands.
Manage all digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website.
Prepare Content Plan and Campaign Plan in line with Marketing and Sales objectives.
Collaborate with Content, Designer, and Video Teams for content production (Photo, Video).
Manage and optimize ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Track and analyze campaign results (Reach, Engagement, Lead, Conversion).
Manage online leads and collaborate with the Sales Team for follow-up.
Monitor new Digital Marketing trends and platform algorithms.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide insights for strategy improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
Knowledge and experience in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
Ability to analyze data and use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insight, Ads Report.
Experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing.
Ability to go on-site with the Marketing or Content Team when necessary.
Good health and ability to perform regular job duties.
Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
