• Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth service and timely follow-up.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
• Support negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or services.
• Proven track record in meeting targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and manage priorities well.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manager-level role is an advantage.
