Manage daily service bookings, workshop scheduling, and WIP to maximize efficiency.
Oversee parts sales, inventory control, and merchandise revenue.
Supervise warranty claims, PDI processes, and body & paint shop operations.
Train, evaluate, and coach service advisors and technicians to improve performance and customer service.
Monitor departmental KPIs, gross profit, and generate performance reports.
Develop service retention programs, customer follow-up processes, and aftersales marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute sales promotions and collaborate with marketing teams.
Ensure safety, risk management, attendance tracking, and compliance with company policies.

Hold a valid driver license.
Graduated from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service.
At Least 3 Year experiences as an aftersales manager at Automative industry.
