About the role

Greet and welcome guest/residents/ visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or room.
Assist inquiries and provide information to guests regarding apartment services.
Assist with check-ins and check-outs, confirming correctness of guest information and issue receipt for the payments correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity (if needed).
Received residents’ complaints/concerns promptly and effectively.
Flexible to do other task assigned by the management.

Requirements

Fresh graduate or with experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
Basic computer skills Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work on holidays.
Positive attitude and willing to learn new skills.
