To provide administrative, facilitation and communication support for MAFF’s OH4CAM activities. Administrative & Secretariat Support:

• Maintain the MAFF OH4CAM calendar (IMCC‑OH meetings, TWGs, trainings, supervision, travelling, field visits).
• Assist with IMCC-OH S in preparing agendas, invitations, attendance, meeting venue, meeting minutes, travel logistics, and decision/action trackers.
• Share meeting minutes and decisions for action taken with relevant stakeholders.
• Gather and provide MAFF inputs for IMCC‑OH Secretariat and PIC as needed (briefs, presentations, talking points, etc).
• Act as point of contact for all relevant OH4CAM administrative documents in MAFF.
• Work closely with MAFF’s OH4CAM focal point and the Project Implementation Consultant (PIC) and others.

- Participate in all IMCC-OH forums. Liaison & Communication:

• Serve as day‑to‑day MAFF liaison with IMCC-OH Secretariat, PIC, MOH, MOE, and partner institutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in administration, veterinary, forestry, wildlife biology, fisheries, agronomy or related field.
• Project administration in government or donor‑funded health programs for 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
