Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and probation follow-up for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documents, and confidential personnel files.
Support performance appraisals, employee development plans, and training coordination.
Handle employee relations concerns, provide HR guidance, and promote a positive work environment.
Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and internal procedures.
Coordinate staff engagement activities and contribute to retention and workplace culture.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company rules, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, workforce data, and other records for management review.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and general HR administration.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or HRIS tools.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
