Support procurement activities for real estate development projects.
This role focuses on sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring cost-effective, timely, and accurate purchasing.
Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service.
Request, compare, and analyze quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with warehouse/store teams.
Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity accuracy.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier databases.
Coordinate with finance on invoice processing and payment schedules.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement preferred.
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
