About the role

Tracking Air/Sea / Import/ Export shipment progress.
Monitoring shipment from loading to arrival in destination.
All shipping advise/ Pre-alert with supporting docs are printed out and properly filed and accurate.
Ensuring that all shipments been handled with smooth situation for both import/export and special instruction.
Contact with carrier to get booking and release booking to customer.
Deal with customers and promote sale.
Handle and follow up enquiries with clients.
Monitor services level and ensure customers satisfaction.
Develop and maintain good relationships with both clients and agents.
Other jobs as required and assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Sale & marketing or other related skills.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Fresh Graduated with good academic record are encouraged to applied Can Speak Chinese and English Know well Microsoft Office, E-mail & Internet, Computer Soft Skills Honest to work independently and team work Good communication & negotiation skills Eager to learn and gain new experiences Hard working, patient and be able to work under pressure Friendly, morality, and high responsible for works.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Fresh Graduated are encouraged to Apply Have a good academic performance record as shown by recent university records.
Good computer skills – Ms Word, Excel, Internet email Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Work under pressure.
