Assistant Warehouse Manager

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision Oversee daily warehouse operation and delivery plan Monitor Project PICs to ensure the inventory both logical and physical are well controlled Ensure the inventory accuracy achieve with target Be able to monitor multiple warehouses and clients Ensure daily delivery plan are well performed Problem solving with internal team Problem solving with clients in case PICs not able to response Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Plan routes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided Ensure the team billing to customer on time and accurately Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

• Years of Experience: +5 years’ experience of Warehouse Management.
• FMCG, F&B Education: Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Ex: SAP or others Computer’s program: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Outstanding communication and interal abilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skill Effective time management and prioritization abilities Leadership and management skills.
