Management of all impaired accounts.
Initiating legal action and frequent follow-up of the status with panel solicitors.
Prepare all related report for head office (local & group).
To work with branches, lawyers, values and borrowers to ensure recovery efforts & strategy are implementation effectively.
Update recovery action status/reporting to supervisor on frequent basic or when required.
Ensure prompt reporting to superior for matters requiring attention of superior.
Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the management from time to time.
To familiarized with all related group policy & guidelines.
Work closely with other colleague (within the unit and other department, branches & head Office) and other related 3rd party involved (i.e. lawyers, values & borrower) at all time.
Travel to other province if required to.
Contribute and provide solutions to ensure the success of recovery.

Meticulous and careful, analytical and negotiation skill.
Team player.
Degree holder or CCP with 1 years related loans & credit experience or secondary school and diploma holder with at least 2 years related loan & credit/banking experience.
Full spectrum of lending & credit skills including credit evaluation, credit review and credit review & supervising.
Understanding of loans products & loan industry market knowledge.
Business oriented customer service skills.
Client and financial profiling skill.
Problem solving & decision making skill.
