About the role

Oversee daily kitchen operations, meal prep, and delivery coordination.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Drive monthly revenue to $XXX+ through clear action plans.
Increase subscriptions and customer retention.
Execute promotions, campaigns, and partnerships (corporate, gym, influencers).
Identify new sales channels and growth opportunities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints quickly.
Improve customer journey from ordering to delivery.
Build loyalty and repeat purchase behavior.
Monitor daily sales, costs, and profit margins.
Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
Work closely with management on pricing and profitability.
Build and improve SOPs for efficiency and scalability.
Track key metrics (orders, CAC, retention, revenue).
Implement systems for better order and inventory management.

Requirements

Experience in operations, F&B, or business management for 5 years.
Proven ability to grow sales or manage revenue targets.
Data-driven mindset with basic financial understanding.
Comfortable being hands-on in operations.
Not just managing — but growing and pushing sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Highly responsible, proactive, and execution-focused.
Able to work under pressure and solve problems fast.
Someone who takes ownership like it’s their own business.
Strong executor who gets things done, not just plans.
