Master's Degree in Law Experience working as a lawyer in the dispute resolution team of a law firm for 3 to 5 years Admission to the Cambodian Bar is required Independent or lightly supervised handling of more than ten court cases Experience managing client matters in English Ability to independently handle routine civil and commercial litigation cases, and to handle complex cases under light supervision Experience in arbitration is an advantage Proficiency in both spoken and written Khmer and English is required Strong critical and analytical thinking skills is necessary for this work High attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality is also important Commitment to upholding the values of the Rule of Law at all times is important for us Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn is what we appreciate
