Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans for Aftersales.
Research and generate creative, commercially effective ideas for content and campaigns; create and coordinate marketing promotions and communications to drive service traffic and customer loyalty.
Develop content production, including photo/video shooting and basic editing as needed.
Manage digital and social media content related to Aftersales activities.
Coordinate customer engagement events, service clinics, and brand experiences.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
Ensure brand guidelines and luxury standards are consistently applied across all marketing materials.
Work closely with Aftersales, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing analysis and suggestions for improvement.
Support other marketing activities and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2 – 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and event coordination.
Ability to research trends and translate insights into creative, commercially effective content.
Good communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand presentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; basic design and video/photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, or similar) is a plus.
