About the role

The consultancy involves the documentation of Banteay Srei’s program model and implementation approach.
This includes an evaluation of the program through participatory assessments with community-based groups to provide evidence for the intervention logic.
The synthesized information will be compiled into a handbook to improve future program iterations and disseminate the rationale of the successful approach to other organizations.
The documentation will utilize a practice-based knowledge approach, engaging beneficiaries and stakeholders in all research stages, including desk review, data collection, and analysis.
Key deliverables include the documentation of the GBV Prevention Program Model, completion of data collection and evaluation of intervention logic, and the production of a Practice-Based Knowledge Product Handbook.

Requirements

Education: At least master’s degree in development studies, policies, gender, advocacy, or other related disciplines.
Experience: At least five years.
