• First point of contact for staff counseling to resolve any issues.
• Point of escalation for resolving any patient administrative issues or complaints.
• Authority for load balancing and the resolution of resource conflicts.
• Responsibility for replenishment of consumables and the maintenance & repair of all equipment in the clinics under supervision.
• Assist the Ops Manager with the accountability for clinic assets.
• Ensuring the accuracy & timely submission of Weekly & Quarterly Reports to the CEO.
• Assist with the establishment and review of the annual & quarterly Centre/Branch budget with the assistance of the Finance Manager.
• Assist with the securing of approval for annual Centre/Branch budget from the CEO and ensuring that Centre/Branch expenses fall within approved budgets.
• Proposal authority for all Centre/Branch purchases & payments.
• Petty cash control & management.
• Ensure compliance with all Finance policies and procedures in the Group Finance Manual.
• Supervising the of the IT Manager/Outsourced Services Vendor.
• Ensuring compliance with all local labour laws with the assistance of the Group HR Manager.
• Secure CEO approval annually for Centre/Branch headcount.
• Responsibility for all staff administration with the assistance of the Group HR Manager.
• Staff appraisal & recommendations for promotion, annual increments, incentive schemes & bonuses.
• Responsibility for staff attrition.

• First point of contact for the resolution of staff inter-al conflicts as and when necessary.
