About the role

Support the cost management and contract administration of infrastructure projects.
Play a key role in ensuring accurate quantity take-offs, cost control, and effective coordination between site teams, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations.
Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control.
Prepare interim payment certificates and payment claims.
Review and verify subcontractor claims and supplier invoices.
Prepare variation orders (VO) and conduct cost analyses.
Evaluate additional works and contract variations.
Assist in tender preparation and contract administration.
Monitor material quantities and track project expenses.
Prepare monthly progress payment reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Review contract documents and project specifications.
Support procurement activities and material budgeting.
Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, and project documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience in quantity surveying, preferably on infrastructure projects for 5 years.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
Working knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit is an advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple stakeholders, including site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and professional integrity.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
