The Program Evaluation study aims to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and long-term sustainability of selected Khmer Enterprise (KE) programs.
It will evaluate how well programs were designed and delivered, how partnerships functioned, and what results were achieved.
The evaluation will establish benchmark baselines for future impact assessments, capture lessons learned, and provide concrete, actionable recommendations to strengthen KE's contribution to its mission and vision.
Requirements
The required documents are: Program proposal that covers the several components, including a brief activity plan, research outline, and methodology (timeline for 06 months).
Budget proposal that breaks down by activity lines (no lump sum).
Executive team members' profiles and list of potential experts.
