Responsible for the overall operation and team management of the Saensokh warehouse, ensuring smooth communication between Chinese and Cambodian teams, and accurate and efficient receipt, dispatch, and storage of goods. This role is suitable for professionals with warehouse management experience, adept at process optimization, and capable of driving operational efficiency in a trade/import-export environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, managing receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counting processes.
• Supervise inventory accuracy and reconciliation between physical stock and records, promptly addressing discrepancies to ensure data traceability.
• Manage warehouse team scheduling, training, and performance to enhance execution efficiency and site discipline.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, logistics, and port-related departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipping plans.
• Optimize warehouse layout, operational processes, and space utilization to reduce losses and improve turnover efficiency.
• Ensure implementation of warehouse safety, 5S, equipment, and cargo protection standards to prevent accidents and losses.
• Maintain reports and operational records, regularly reporting inventory, efficiency, and abnormal situations to management.

• Fluent in Chinese, capable of using it as a working language; basic English or Khmer communication skills are preferred.
• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or trade distribution industry; experience in a management role is preferred.
• Familiar with receiving, inventory control, counting, shipping, and warehouse processes; capable of independently handling on-site matters.
• Possess team management capabilities, able to lead and train warehouse staff to improve overall operational performance.
• Detail-oriented and focused on data accuracy, proficient in using Excel and warehouse-related systems or ERP.
• Possess good coordination, problem-solving, and stress management skills; adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiar with warehouse safety regulations, cargo protection, and basic 5S management principles.
• Able to work in Phnom Penh, Saensokh, and accept necessary on-site management and shift arrangements.
• Ability to communicate in Khmer.
