• Provide reliable and safe transportation services.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure accurate trip records of vehicle use and mileage, including responsible use of the fuel card.
• Follow all legal procedures in the event of an accident.
• Check the vehicle is equipped with required items on Pre-Trip Checks.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed, including persons with disabilities.
• Carry a mobile phone with sufficient airtime for emergency communication.
• Drivers must not use mobile phones while driving.
• Drivers must strictly avoid alcohol consumption and refrain from smoking inside the vehicle.
• Maintain confidentiality of passenger schedules for security purposes.
• Be familiar with local routes and destinations.
• Remain nearby and available in case passengers require assistance.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy toward passengers, other drivers, and traffic authorities.

Valid Cambodian Driving License Maintain a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or moving violations Experience with NGO, Company, or international organization is an advantage Good knowledge of Phnom Penh roads, and key provincial roads A Khmer native speaker, and able to speak and understand basic English
