The specific objectives are: To further assess GEDSI barriers, opportunities, power dynamics, and market system factors affecting the participation of women, youth, and disadvantaged , and identify practical entry points for strengthening GEDSI integration in Nurture Phase II.
To develop a coherent and realistic GEDSI Action Plan 2027-2030 that relevant to market system in which implementation strategies are recommended (for effective and step-by-step implementation, including the resources required, involving actors, considering the organisational chart of the project).
To capture qualitative results of the GAP 2023-2026 (annex1).
What have not been achieved and could be added into the GEDSI Action Plan 2027-2030.
One Case Study of GEDSI Phase I is produced.

Consultant will be expected to join mission with the project team, so thus the methodology, tools and other technical aspects are joint effort where possible.
This assessment will run across targeted communes of 6 provinces (BAT, BMC, OMC, PVH, SRP and KPT).
Gender Action Plan 2023-2026 and draft GEDSI Action Plan 2027-2030 will be the centred document for this assessment.
The joint assessment will help explore more insight of GEDSI gap regarding the 3 pillars of the project Phase II.
