Act as the primary point of contact between Cambodian patients, medical specialists, and the administrative team at Apollo Hospital, Kolkata.
Manage patient inquiries, coordinate doctor appointments, transfer medical records, and clarify treatment plans for patients.
Develop a deep understanding of Apollo Hospital’s specialties, infrastructure, and international patient procedures to guide patients effectively.
Guide and assist patients through the medical visa application process, travel logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly updates and progress reports to the hospital management team.

Outstanding interal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive medical situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage documentation (visas, medical reports) efficiently.
Must exhibit the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and medical ethics.
Customer Service / Patient Care / Healthcare Administration experience of 1 to 2 years is prioritized.
