Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor sales, shrinkage, markdown, inventory, and store performance data.
Analyze sales trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
Prepare festive sales, hamper sales, and promotional performance reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
Maintain store operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare management presentations and reports in English and Khmer.
Support audits by providing operational data and required documentation.
Coordinate new store projects and operational improvement initiatives.
Oversee administrative activities, including expenses, purchase requests, and related paperwork.
Supervise inventory control and reporting activities.
Coordinate work assignments and support communication between Store Support Centre and stores.
Maintain Operations organization charts and workforce records.
Participate in employee engagement, team building, and company committees.
Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in operations, reporting, administration, or retail support.
Strong skills in analysis, reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Good English and Khmer communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Retail operations experience is a plus.
