  • span class="noselect"> are </span>integrated into planning <span class="noselect"> and </span>implementation <span class="noselect"> of </span>projects.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><span>Monitoring, <span class="noselect"> Evaluation </span>and Accountability:</span><ul class="job-detail-req" style="text-align: justify;"><li class="indent-1"><span>Ensure monitoring system <span class="noselect"> and </span>tools <span class="noselect"> are </span>developed <span class="noselect"> and </span>used by CDFs &amp; SSF <span class="noselect"> and </span>Education Facilitator <span class="noselect"> to </span>track <span class="noselect"> the </span>progress <span class="noselect"> of </span>project implementation, <span class="noselect"> and </span>to capture learning.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Coordinate processes <span class="noselect"> for </span>CDP's monitoring <span class="noselect"> and </span>evaluation <span class="noselect"> and </span>resource tracking <span class="noselect"> for </span>promoting learning <span class="noselect"> and </span>reflection.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Coordinate revision <span class="noselect"> of </span>plans,&nbsp;PoA, budget <span class="noselect"> in </span>response <span class="noselect"> to </span>monitoring, reflection <span class="noselect"> and </span>learning <span class="noselect"> with </span>the community <span class="noselect"> and </span>the CDP Team <span class="noselect"> for </span>better planning.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Manage <span class="noselect"> and </span>report <span class="noselect"> on </span>the budget according <span class="noselect"> to </span>GNC’s guidelines/policy, while ensuring <span class="noselect"> the </span>highest levels <span class="noselect"> of </span>financial integrity <span class="noselect"> with </span>accountability <span class="noselect"> and </span>transparency.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Monitor budget <span class="noselect"> and </span>designated fund, <span class="noselect"> project </span>spending against&nbsp;PoA.
  • Ensure <span class="noselect"> projects </span>responsibly spend up <span class="noselect"> to </span>the level <span class="noselect"> of </span>approved&nbsp;PoA&nbsp;and/or <span class="noselect"> provide </span>adequate explanations <span class="noselect"> for </span>any significant variances <span class="noselect"> for </span>good stewardship <span class="noselect"> and </span>accountability.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Submit monthly, quarterly, semi-annual/annual report, annual review, designated fund&nbsp;report,&nbsp;and others <span class="noselect"> to </span>ODM in&nbsp;a quality&nbsp;and&nbsp;timely&nbsp;manner.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Ensure compliance <span class="noselect"> with </span>sponsorship standards <span class="noselect"> and </span>integration <span class="noselect"> of </span>child sponsorship, child protection policy <span class="noselect"> with </span>community <span class="noselect"> development </span>projecting&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;Sponsorship <span class="noselect"> and </span>business process <span class="noselect"> and </span>policies <span class="noselect"> to </span>transform sponsored children,&nbsp;families&nbsp;and community.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><span>Implementation Coordination <span class="noselect"> and </span>Learning:</span><ul class="job-detail-req" style="text-align: justify;"><li class="indent-1"><span>Ensure effective strategic,&nbsp;operational,&nbsp;and administrative coordination within <span class="noselect"> the </span>project.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Coordinate <span class="noselect"> with </span>all staff <span class="noselect"> and </span>key partners (especially, community <span class="noselect"> development </span>committee (CDC)) <span class="noselect"> to </span>ensure <span class="noselect"> and </span>support <span class="noselect"> project </span>implementation that promotes sustainable, holistic transformational development.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Ensure <span class="noselect"> the </span>CDFs, Education Facilitator, SSFs <span class="noselect"> and </span>other&nbsp;staff&nbsp;work together <span class="noselect"> to </span>make <span class="noselect"> Detail </span>Implementation Plan (DIP) including community participation processes <span class="noselect"> and </span>work well together <span class="noselect"> to </span>implement them.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Coordinate <span class="noselect"> and </span>network within <span class="noselect"> and </span>outside <span class="noselect"> of </span>GNC <span class="noselect"> to </span>secure necessary technical, human <span class="noselect"> and </span>financial resources <span class="noselect"> to </span>support <span class="noselect"> project </span>implementation.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Coordinate <span class="noselect"> and </span>host visits <span class="noselect"> of </span>sponsors, donors, <span class="noselect"> and </span>GNC staff <span class="noselect"> from </span>other offices <span class="noselect"> and </span>coordinate <span class="noselect"> with </span>communication <span class="noselect"> all </span>media <span class="noselect"> and </span>film crew visits <span class="noselect"> to </span>the <span class="noselect"> project </span>area.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Effectively coordinate implementation <span class="noselect"> of </span>child sponsorship <span class="noselect"> business </span>(e.g.&nbsp;new child finding, ACL,&nbsp;APR&nbsp;and child case management...etc.) <span class="noselect"> in </span>quality and&nbsp;timely&nbsp;manner.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Ensure that&nbsp;staff&nbsp;are able to&nbsp;access&nbsp;appropriate training&nbsp;opportunities, according <span class="noselect"> to </span>staff <span class="noselect"> needs </span>and organizational priorities.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Conduct regular learning reflections with&nbsp;the team&nbsp;to continuously improve <span class="noselect"> the </span>empowerment <span class="noselect"> and </span>mobilization approach.&nbsp;</span></li><li class="indent-1"><span>Other tasks assigned by <span class="noselect"> the </span>line manager.</span></li></ul><b>Key Requirements</b> (skills, knowledge experience &amp;
