ABOUT THE COMPANY:

A leading firm in the Commercial Real Estate and Property Management sector, operating within a global affiliate network and specializing in comprehensive maintenance and operational oversight for commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Technical Supervisor to oversee the daily technical maintenance and operations of properties, managing a team of technicians and subcontractors while ensuring all on-site works meet strict safety, time, cost, and quality standards, reporting to the Technical Manager or General Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed safely, effectively, and on time.
• Supervise, coordinate, and liaise with on-site personnel and all external subcontractors.
• Coordinate on-site operations from beginning to end, meeting agreed safety, time, cost, and quality standards and objectives.
• Oversee and manage all Health and Safety (H&S) protocols and ensure site works are performed strictly in accordance with established policies and plans.
• Handle all site logistics, including deliveries and necessary materials.
• Receive and meticulously review all incoming shop drawings.
• Provide regular progress updates on site activities and manage the quality of work performed. Conduct regular project reviews with visiting contractors or the Project Manager.
• Arrange and deliver necessary meetings to effectively facilitate construction works.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Proven track record working with a developer or main contractor.
• Ability to read and successfully implement project drawings and proactively identify potential problems.
• Good all-round skills relating to building works and tenant fit-out projects.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Demonstrated good time keeping and attendance.
• Competent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.
