ABOUT THE ROLE

A Sales Consultant is responsible for driving residential and commercial property sales, managing day-to-day sales operations, and building strong client relationships to match buyers with properties that meet their needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Execute effective, proactive sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential customers through strategic networking, cold calling, referrals, and active participation in marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct professional property tours and presentations, highlighting key architectural features, lifestyle benefits, and value propositions to convert potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by deeply understanding their unique requirements, managing inquiries, and delivering consultations.
  • Lead negotiations between buyers and internal stakeholders to finalize competitive deals, while preparing necessary sales agreements and contracts.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless transaction processing. This includes participating as a brand ambassador/on-camera talent for digital marketing content creation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales services, managing client variation orders, resolving complaints promptly, and liaising with internal teams to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members to elevate overall team performance. Deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market insight reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all sales transactions and activities strictly adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical industry standards.

WHAT YOU SHOUL HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years of successful sales or customer service experience, specifically within the real estate or property development industry.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and high-stakes negotiation skills with a proven track record of convincing prospective buyers.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities to handle complex client concerns and navigate transactional roadblocks.
  • High level of commitment, trustworthiness, transparency, and a results-driven mindset.
  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital communication tools.
