Our client is a leading real estate company in Cambodia, specializing in the development and sale of high-quality residential and commercial properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving property sales and revenue growth, serving as the expert liaison for prospective buyers, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through to the final sales closure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Consistently achieve monthly property sales targets and contribute directly to overall project revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary product expert, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and value of all property types to potential buyers.
• Oversee the entire sales process, including preparing and managing all essential sales documentation (pricing, payment, booking letters) for smooth, compliant transactions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by delivering superior service and effectively resolving issues.
• Proactively engage with target customers through scheduled calls and outreach to drive appointments and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and conduct regular competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
• Develop and present effective payment consultations, offering viable plans and financing options that align with company policy.
• Maintain a professional and orderly sales environment, ensuring all sales materials and the workplace are well-organized.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business/Marketing) and a minimum of 1 year in Sales or commercial experience.
• Proven expertise in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken Khmer and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong sales and marketing knowledge, capable of market analysis and generating new sales strategies.
• Ability to meet targets and effectively perform under pressure.
• Own personal transportation, flexibility for varied schedules, and a strong customer service focus.
