ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about available listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
