ABOUT THE JOB

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a fast-growing real estate developer in Cambodia, focusing on residential housing projects and property management services.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Property Management and Handover leads a team overseeing daily property operations, customer handovers, and resident security. This includes managing maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. The role also drives continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:

  • Lead, manage, advise, and coach the PHM team to improve work performance.
  • Oversee daily property operations including cleaning, security, waste collection, and common area maintenance.
  • Coordinate with construction and sales admin teams to ensure a smooth customer transition process.
  • Maintain relationships with owners, residents, service providers, and local authorities.
  • Secure property by managing security services, devices, and responding to emergencies, including being on-call after hours.
  • Manage the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of mock-up homes, infrastructure, and green spaces.
  • Identify site safety issues and ensure implementation of HSE policies for a safe work environment.
  • Monitor and review operations of internal staff and third-party service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping).
  • Ensure good communication and cooperation with cross-functional departments.
  • Propose new ideas for departmental and company improvement.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management and/or property handover, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with residents, owners, and various internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and adherence to HSE policies.
  • Willingness to be reasonably available on call for emergency incidents outside of office hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (implied for a managerial role).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
