ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and product presentations to promote company solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents accurately and on time.
• Follow up on sales leads and project opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• 2–5 years of project sales experience within construction or industrial industries.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
