ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across multiple retail locations in Laos PDR. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of outlet managers while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and strong business results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Drive strategic growth by identifying and executing expansion opportunities, working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives
• Lead and optimize store performance across the region by monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement initiatives
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase sales while maintaining operational cost efficiency
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance service delivery and drive profitability
• Manage budget planning and forecasting while identifying market trends and opportunities
• Ensure operational compliance and maintain high standards across all locations
• Spearhead new store openings according to the annual expansion plan
• Coach and develop a team of Outlet Managers to achieve excellence in customer service, business operations, and team management
• Collaborate with various departments to drive integrated business results
• Implement and optimize company-wide programs and initiatives across the region

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field
• 8+ years of experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant management, with at least 5 years in the management roles
• Proven track record in P&L management, financial analysis, and business planning
• Strong project management skills with experience in implementing strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing business outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Lao
• Strong understanding of retail/food & beverage operations and customer service excellence
• Experience in driving operational improvements and managing change initiatives
