ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing impactful learning programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Shape and drive a learning strategy that supports the company's vision and growth.
• Create and deliver engaging learning experiences, from hands-on workshops to digital courses.
• Develop clear and impactful training materials, including guides, videos, and interactive resources.
• Manage and optimize the learning platform and tools to ensure smooth learning experiences.
• Track progress, gather feedback, and measure the success of training programs.
• Work closely with leaders across departments to identify skills gaps and learning priorities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• A degree in HR, Management, or something similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on learning and development.
• A solid understanding of how people learn and how to design effective training.
• The ability to analyze data and use it to improve learning programs.
• Certification in instructional design or training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to connect with and inspire people at all levels.
• Excellent at managing projects, staying organized, and meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
