As an HR Intern with us, you'll be working directly with our team to support the recruitment process for a variety of clients across different industries.

ABOUT THE ROLES:

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry and gain practical experience in Human Resources. You'll work closely with our recruitment specialists to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assist with sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct preliminary phone interviews with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling appointments and preparing interview materials for hiring managers.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires by collecting necessary paperwork and preparing them for their first day.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment activities and candidate pools.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and answering phones.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities as assigned.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
