ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing a comprehensive range of high-impact marketing materials—from print and digital advertisements to social media and website graphics—specifically tailored to the luxury real estate market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop innovative designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, billboards, websites, and email campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and translate project requirements into effective design solutions for Sales, Marketing, and HR.
• Work with the production team to ensure the quality of finished materials follows approved artwork.
• Utilize design principles to create compelling visuals that effectively convey the key selling points of development projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly achievement reports to track progress and next actions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, typography, and color theory expertise.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a positive, collaborative attitude.
