About the role

Facilitate the creation of village banks and individual customers.
Implement training and monthly meetings with village bank members.
Promote AMK's products to target customers.
Assess customer loans.
Collect loan repayments and principal.
Maintain regular cash flow records.

Requirements

Student currently studying for an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
Experience with financial institutions is a plus.
Possess communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work with rural communities.
High sense of responsibility for the role.
Basic English reading skills and computer literacy required.

Compensation Details
