About the role

Support in technical layouts drawing, site plans, and visual presentations for WASH facilities and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and other design software.
Develop illustrations, infographics, and visualizations to communicate technical WASH concepts to communities, partners, and donors.
Design communication materials, including posters, brochures, flyers, banners, factsheets, reports, and other print and digital products.
Edit photographs, illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements for publications, presentations, and online platforms.
Assist in documenting project activities through visual content and graphic design for reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing materials.
Support awareness campaigns and behavior change communication activities related to water, sanitation, hygiene, and environmental health if required.
Perform other graphic design and communication-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Technical Drawing, Graphic Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for technical layouts and infrastructure drawings.
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or equivalent graphic design software.
Knowledge of Canva, social media content creation, and digital communication is an advantage.
Understanding of graphic design principles, layout composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, interal, and team skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and communication teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic NGO environment.
