Administer, enter, update and extract data and information in HR systems (finger prints, addbooks, leave request, staff list, …).
Key in and check data (base salary, OT, incentives, commissions, allowances…) and process monthly payroll on time, accurately and in accordance with NTC policies.
Closely with HR other colleagues to process employment required documents (guarantee letter, family book, residential book, NSSF card, insurance card, bank account,…).
Process staff movement declaration, permits, passport & visa registration/extension, data entry into NSSF database of the ministry of labor and NSSF payment, and all labor & compliance processes.
Actively stay in touch with labor law & compliance news, share updates, and suggest actions that benefit to HR practices and strategies.
Assist to benchmark reward strategy and employee assistance program through market studies & strategy.
Assist to monitor sense of belonging and staff engagement activities to assess employee satisfaction and work-life balance.
Assist to review existing policies related to employee benefits such as insurance & claims, assess and identify occupational risks,… Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Higher education degree, MS Office package, internet surfing.
