Provide timely and high-quality administrative support to the program team, including coordinating meetings, shops, and training sessions.
Assist in organizing meetings and shops by managing logistical arrangements and ensuring meeting materials and documentation are prepared and circulated.
Support the recording, filing, and maintenance of documents for the ICEM office in Phnom Penh.
Maintain and regularly update the office inventory list, including stationery stock management.
Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, placing orders, and processing purchases in compliance with ICEM and donor procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with local suppliers for office supplies, equipment, and other goods.
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning documents, and assisting with timesheets and reporting for the office cleaner.
Other duties as defined by the Country Operation Manager.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in environment, economics, administration, management, or a related field is required.
A Master’s degree is desirable but not essential.
At least one-year practical experience in field of administration.
Secretarial and administrative support skills.
Competence with MS Office Suite.
Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English.
Good spoken and written English proficiency.
Effective facilitation, communication and interal skills.
Ability to independently and/or in small teams and be flexible.
Demonstrated passion and commitment to environment and development.
