Contribute to ABA growth and profitability through customer service quality and sales.
Understand customer needs and choices, communicate product features and benefits, and process account opening or resolve account-related issues.
Identify sales opportunities, implement cold call programs, and take actions to influence customer buying behavior through consultative service to new and existing customers.
Process customer account opening over the counter to achieve individual set deposit targets.
Verify customer identification and required documents to confirm eligibility for account opening and follow up on incomplete documents.
Resolve account service-related issues to provide effective customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain secure, efficient, and accurate filing to keep customer confidentiality and serve as a reference for dispute settlement.
Maintain superior product and service knowledge to ensure the quality of customer service provided.
Create effective referral networks, including internal relationships, existing customers, and local market activities, to broadly promote the Bank's products and services.
Monitor the Bank's local competitors' activities and performance to create effective plans for gaining market share.
Promote the Bank's products and services to create brand awareness and customer traffic.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Hold a high or bachelor degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
Obtain at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Possess good sales, customer service, and computer skills.
Possess good problem-solving, negotiation, and internal skills.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Have strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
