About the role

Manage daily warehouse operations, optimizing receiving, put-away, picking, and inventory count processes.
Supervise inventory accuracy, ensuring system data matches physical stock.
Coordinate warehouse team tasks, assigning duties and monitoring progress.
Communicate with transportation, port, and relevant departments to ensure smooth logistics connections.
Monitor warehouse safety, cargo storage, and on-site operational standards.
Address abnormal inventory, losses, and discrepancies, proposing improvement suggestions.
Regularly report operational status, inventory status, and work achievements to superiors.

Requirements

Associate degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Possess warehouse management or logistics operations experience, with managerial experience preferred.
Familiar with inventory control, warehousing processes, and basic logistics operations.
Possess good Chinese communication skills, able to collaborate smoothly with the team and clients.
Possess strong organizational, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in computer usage and warehouse management-related systems is preferred.
Responsible and able to adapt to the warehouse on-site management environment and pressure.
